GREEN COFFEE + CHROMIUM
Is green coffee some new kind of coffee? Well, no, it’s just a coffee which is not completely burned and derives from green coffee beans.
Green coffee is milder and more acidic, since it has less bitterness. Yet, it still contains the same amount of caffeine as a regular black coffee. Green coffee seeds contain e.g.: chlorogenic acid which constitutes a natural polyphenol.
According to Japanese scientists combination of chlorogenic acid with caffeine clearly lowers absorption of glucose from food and reduces capability of glucose storing in organism in the form of fat. It impacts beneficially functioning of kidneys and accelerates metabolism. It also affects positively mental work, memory and concentration.
