Spirulina is emerald green alga which is one of the most nutritionally rich plant on the world.

Protein, which content in it reaches even 65%, is easily absorbed by the organism. Its share is almost 3 times more than protein content in meat. It also contains 18 amino acids, including 8 essential, from which proteins are build. It is the highest concentration which one can found in any food. They are not only building material of muscles but also bring many benefits for health, e.g. stabilise blood sugar level, accelerate recovery.

Furthermore, spirulina contains a number of vitamins: B1, B2, B6, B12, PP, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin E and C. It has 10 times more carotenoids than carrot – including essential β-carotene.
